Richard Davidson wants to share with you the why and how he survived his Heart Attack. He is a 30+ year… avid wellness researcher and has reorganized an existing Alkaline Program… that has been around for over 100 years… into a simple lifestyle program… that works for most people.

My Heart Attack Story
In 2007 I retired from my recent marketing profession and took a 4 year sabbatical, back to Missouri. I needed to determine what I really wanted to do for the next 30 years of my life.
Then in 2009, I had a massive "Heart Attack" and this was a huge wake up call. I was the guy in the U.S. Navy that never got sick or took any drugs for any reason.

My name is Richard Davidson. I am 82 years young and for most of my life I have always had the good fortune of having great health. I learned early on that a “Positive Mental Attitude (PMA)” and the “Power of Attraction” were the two dominating factors of having a full and productive lifestyle. At 12 years old, I was gifted the book… “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill and he became my first mentor and by him I developed my “PMA” = Positive Mental Attitude.
I have gone through a few challenges, as we all must do. BUT… at a very young age, I made the decision to learn all that I must do to stay young and healthy in mind, body and spirit. We all need mentors… to guide, direct and support us as we take our turn here on this earth. “Select your mentors wisely and very carefully”… as you will probably follow in their footsteps.
I have spent the last 70 years learning how to educate myself and others on how to maximize progress in our awareness of Spirituality, Social Acceptance, Changing Economics and Personal Health and Wellness.
In 2009… and not by choice… I became a member of a very private “Heart Attack Club” with NO members wanted. #DoNotJoinMyHeartAttackClub

My Hawaiian name is KauaKaua
I have always been around "water"... like rafting and learning how to swim the rivers of Utah. I was the "Water Boy" on the high school football squad... too small to play on the team. Even my astrological sign is "Pisces" (the fish) and the Hawaiians, that I played volleyball with for 13 years, called me "KauaKaua" which meant "Man-Fish".
U.S. NAVY
I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1959 and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer in 1982. I was qualified as a Deep Sea Diver, a SCUBA Diver, a Parachutist and I worked with Explosives (EOD - Explosive Ordnance Disposal). You have to be very healthy to serve and survive in that kind of community. I am a five TAD tour Vietnam Vet and spent 5 years in the Vietnam war doing my professional military job.

The Magic Water of Japan
Japan World Exposition, 1972
In 1972, I went on R&R to Japan to buy my new officer uniforms and to visit the World Exposition. While enjoying the Japanese culture, I heard about some "Magic Water" and that people claimed it could cure them of ailments. I visited these natural pools and as a diver and a water person I became very interested in the aspect of how this could be. Also, about this time a friend of mine introduced me to the concept of my own "personal pH", while I was maintaining a community swimming pool in Hawaii.
In 1985, after I retired, I was in contact with Bob Barefoot. He was the "Calcium King" and I learned all about "Coral Calcium". Again being a diver and having been to Okinawa, Japan, I identified with the "common sense" of supplementing my daily health plan with this type of ionized absorbable calcium. Although, he was quite controversial at the time, what he presented was logical and it made sense to me.
Side Note: The people of Okinawa have more centenarians than any other place in the world.
In 1990, I met Lee Lorenzen, who was a biochemist. He did his research for over 20 years in Japan on "water technology". While he was there he worked with the Japanese Ministry of Water in developing "structured water". He taught me that the right kind of water could be changed to assist people with their every day health challenges. (I went thru the phase of using Alkaline Water Machines that produced “limited” structured water). I maintain that “Alkaline Mineral Water” is the best water to produce and drink. I am currently studying the latest technology of "H2" Molecular Hydrogen Water and the great benefits . It has some very interesting applications towards health and wellness.

7 YEARS IN A ROW
For the past 13 years… I have been learning and teaching alkaline air, water, food, supplement and mind "information, education, and awareness" classes at the Water & Wellness Center in Salt Lake City. I also taught extended wellness education classes congruently at the Salt Lake Community College since 2015. We were voted the "Best of Salt Lake" in Wellness Education from 2016 - 2022. Now we are in the local Hall of Fame.

“ I eat a C.A.T. every day for breakfast…” with a KETO Twist
90 Day Eating Alkaline/KETO*…
My daily diet consists of 80% alkaline food (See: "The Acid Alkaline Food Guide" by Dr Susan Brown). For example, I jumpstart my metabolism and immune system every day, by eating Cucumber, Avocado, Tomato (C.A.T. ) every day for breakfast. It is the perfect alkaline combination to start the day and then I support this routine with alkaline grazing and alkaline drinking all day long.
After your complete your 90 day Alkaline Natural Cleanse (or more as needed)… you can add a 10% to 20% modified Keto Diet to your daily routine. I highly recommend you google and follow Dr Eric Berg D.C. He has a following of over 10 million subscribers and has completed over 3,500 videos. He explains the whole KETO/Intermittent concept in plain layman language. A man after my own heart.
*Bottom Line is Alkaline
Put alkaline food and alkaline drink into your alkaline mouth, for mastication, this assists the process of digestion in your acid functioning stomach, which leads to nutrient absorption in your alkaline small intestine, and finally your lymphatic system brings the acidic residue back for removal through urination and defecation via your acid functioning kidneys and large intestine.

I am trying to protect all my systems by starting each day with what I know to be the minimum vitamins and mineral requirements for the body… I do this by drinking my “Yellow”, “Red”, and “Green” supplemental liquids.
I start with the first “Yellow” drink of the day. It is my “Caution Signal” as to not have another heart attack. According to Dr. Louis Ignarro and his book, “NO More Heart Disease” (“N.O.” means Nitric Oxide), on page 121… he recommends you take a daily supplement of: 5,000 mg of L-Arginine and 1,000 mg of L-Citrulline plus other daily vitamins. This can keep your veins and arteries all cleaned out and circulation flowing.
The next drink is “Red” and reminds me to “stop” eating all the junk food. It consists of my daily “Polyphenols” which provide me with rich super-fruits and natural fat-burning ingredients and probiotics. This insures me the daily minimum intake of vitamins without guessing if I took the right ones or not.
The 3rd drink is “Green” which mean to “GO” with that which is good for the body. It consists of a drink that provides me with my daily antioxidants, electrolytes, fulvic minerals, chlorophyllins, resveratrol and grape seed extract. This also insures that I have my minimum daily requirements.
I really enjoy my daily liquid “Street Light Diet”.
